The carpets looked great, there was a small issue with the hardwoods, but Zerorez made good without any issues whatsoever. I would definitely use them again.

The technician, Bill, answered all my questions and offered additional information on the product and process. Bill was professional, thorough and cordial. Arrival time updates were appreciated. What do you like about our products and services?

My carpet is 14 years old, light oatmeal in color - but needed professional cleaning due to spouse spilling coffee, etc. . . . . I was amazed at the wonderful results of Zerorez and the representative was on time, finished the work as quoted, and cleaned up after herself.

I would recommend Zerorez to anyone needing a thorough spring cleaning ....... and the dry time was well within the estimated time for spring weather! I will use them again! Thank you.
