Technician was great.
The technicians did an amazing job on our carpets and couch. The couch looks like it did the day we brought it home. The pet stains are gone from the carpet as well as the coffee spills. I didn't realize it was so dirty. The technician explained everything to me and answered all my questions.
I have it on my calender to call and make our appointment for next year.

I had an exceptionally good experience. The two young men who came were so nice. They worked quickly and thoroughly! They covered a lot of ground in a short time. The carpets, that are 25 years old, now look brand new. Not a spot left in sight!
