The services have been great the techs that we have had are very professional, Oswaldo was extremely helpful in explaining the process as he went thru each step. And explained that if we had any problems with stains, etc that we had a one year guarantee with the protectant.

Same as the last time I used your service, you people did a beautiful, clean, professional job and left the carpet only damp rather than soggy wet. The carpet in my condo was filthy from moving in and being old. It also had a couple of red wine stains.

Apparently, the owner before me had 2 cats that were ill and apparently had "accidents" on the carpets which Zerorez found.
