The service and people have been great.
Nate was very nice and friendly. He called before he showed up and was respectful of my home (covering his shoes when inside). He ended up charging me for an extra room because my living room was more than 200 square feet but I thought the price was reasonable.
I had a few spots on the carpet that were in the travel areas. Nate warned me that he might not be able to get those completely clean but they look a lot better and he did a good job.
The overall result was very good and I'm happy. I'll be using your services again in 1-2 years.

The service we received was totally professional. Diane, who schedules our appointment, was cheerful and caring. She was able to arrange our carpet and furniture cleaning very quickly, giving us the name of the technician, the approximate arrival time, and an on-my-way courtesy call. Nathan was friendly, engaging and, at the same time, quick and efficient. The carpet and chair look great! No chemical smell, no flowery coverup, just really clean csrpet and chair. This is my second time using Zerorez. I'm sold. This will be the only carpet/upholstery cleaning I use from now on.
