1. Service personnel very accommodating and helpful. It might be my own feelings but I feel a detergent or some cleaning substance is helpful for deep cleaning. I wanted to try this method as I am really interested in cutting down on detergents and strong cleaning products. I think if it is only for light cleaning it works but I am concerned about really dirty carpets. As for my carpets it is fine and Christain was a very nice person.

Jay was extremely polite, informative, and helpful with his recommendations. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, updated me, and called me to make sure the house was left & locked the way i wanted when i had to leave before he was finished. He was great.

David was very friendly and right on time. After listening to our concerns David went and looked over the stains. He then explained the various ways the stains could be removed.
Our carpet has not been shampooed in years, there were stains I never dreamed would be able to come out. David did a wonderful job in removing them!
The carpet was all dry by late afternoon!

Hi, I had my carpets cleaned a couple of days ago. Bill was the tech. I had very bad track marks throughout the house. Bill cleaned them like magic. Great job. I have told my neighbor and she want Bill at her house too. Thank you.

First and foremost what I like is zero chemicals. I am super sensitive and never wanted to get our carpets cleaned if I had to smell the soaps or chemicals..
