So happy with the beautiful service. The quality was great! I thought that charging $90 for a very tiny (not larger than a quarter) on a mattress might have been a little high and although I don't mind, as I know I got a crazy good deal on the chairs (thank you!!!), I think that other customers might be unhappy. Probably I would call and give an estimate on how much time it would be and get approval before doing it so that the customer could decide if they wanted to spend $90 or live with the stain. Thank you guys!!
A BIG shout out to Rashaunt B from Zerorez who did the best carpet cleaning job in all our three years using zerorez!! He was courteous and went above and beyond to get dark stains out and even cleaned our wool area rug! I will request him next year!
There was no carpet clean fragrance left in our home, which most companies have due to the clean products they use. The man who serviced our home was very friendly and a hard worker. The company was very communicative throughout the whole process, which is a great quality for a business to have.

We choose Zerorez because you don’t use any toxic products. I am very chemically sensitive and must avoid toxic products in order to stay healthy. I know with Zerorez that I am getting a deep cleaning of my carpets that is healthy both for me, my family and the environment. I have had Zero Rez come out half a dozen times (usually every 6 months). This last time was the best yet in terms of the carpet smelling clean. I think it depends on the tech. I would love to have that one every time! He was friendly and did a great job. The carpet smells WONDERFUL, I can't think of any other time it's actually smelled like new carpet (it's 20 years old and very worn) after a cleaning from Zero Rez.
The only negatives are a couple of the spots came back up, and there were several areas of soapy water from the hose left on the hardwood floor, that I had to clean afterward.
