I appreciate the services offered by Zerorez — but it was the customer service that stellar. David explained the process, showed me how dirty my carpets actually were, was thorough, and very friendly. We’ll hopefully see him again for our next Zerorez project.

David and Chris were our cleaners and they were fantastic! They worked in tandem with each other and each was an expert with the cleaning process. They were kind, respectful and hardworking. Our carpets look more clean than they have in years. Spots I thought would never come out are gone. Additionally all the products are safe for all. I will have Zerorez come again. I highly recommend them.

The 15 year old carpets were cleaned as best as possible. I like the no chemical cleaning as I have grandbabies to think about now. Your service guy, Jared, was very nice, informative, and tried to help as much as possible.

Cleanliness

Zerorez cleaned our carpets but stains came back up & they said they can come back to treat those stained areas again without charge. The 2nd time around it looks better but there is still some of those tough area spots that could be treated 3rd time & it would be perfect.

I really liked how quickly the cleaning was done and how quickly the carpet dried with out being hard and crunchy to walk on afterwards. There was also no bad chemical smell after the cleaning either. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Thank you Zerorez!

Love Zerorez! They came in and re-cleaned our carpets after an independent carpet cleaner over saturated them creating more stains then before. It was awful. Zerorez came in on an emergency basis and fixed them just in time for us to put our house on the market! So thankful for Katie in the office and Mike who came and did the cleaning. I won't ever use another carpet cleaning company again. Thank you!

I had out of town guests arriving that night and he did a thorough job and worked efficiently. (No time wasted). Thanks for such great service!

They were very polite and helpful on the phone. I was able to schedule a date that was not too far out. They sent me reminders and came at the time they said. The gentleman was very polite and courteous. He knew the product well and was very informative. I was very impressed with the cleaning and dry time. I will definitely use this company again. I was very happy with your services!! You were very good at keeping me apprised of what time the technician would be at my house. He was very thorough and let me know what he was going to do. He was done in a timely manner but I felt like he did a very thorough job. I wish I had given him a tip. I was just surprised to see that on the bill. I've been having PureClean clean our carpets for a number of years and they are so expensive. Last year, PureClean messed up the corner of my baseboard and didn't offer to fix it or give me a refund. I was very disappointed in their response. Zerez did just as good if not better of a job and they were more than $200 less. I will be going with Zerez from now on!!!!

Pleasant technicians, carpets look great

Our carpets are pretty old and worn. They look so much better and the house feels so much cleaner. They also did a tile and vinyl floor which are spotless.
