I like how clean they are. Our technician was very knowledgeable. My carpet was very dirty too, so the finish was a little streaky. I would love to have Zerorez come back to clean the carpet again in the next month, but $ is tight. I would have you come again in 6 mo or a year because I do like how the carpet feels even with the streaks! It's good to have it clean. Thanks!
