I love that my carpet was cleaned with out harsh chemicals. Our house of 7 people made for quite the job. Our carpets looked absolutely amazing after they were cleaned !
She spent the time it took to get those tough spots out best that she could. It literally showed!!!! Our previous appt by Zerorez was done so fast. I was much happier to have the longer appointment if it meant better looking carpet!

The service rep (Allyssa, I think) & the technician Carly both gave very good customer service during scheduling & the cleaning appt. They both answered all my questions fully & clearly. They each compleyely explained the processes in their own area of expertise, answering many of my questions before I asked them. Both participated in making sure I knew when Carly would arrive @ my home on the day of service. Both ladies were extremely professional in their work. Thank you. My Zerores experience was very good & my carpets look great.

This was at least the 4th time we have used Zerorez to clean our carpets, and every time we have been extremely pleased with their service and results. As I told the tech who performed the service, we have no intention of ever using another carpet cleaning company. No other company does as thorough a job on our carpet as Zerorez.

Technician was very informative, friendly, punctual and just all around awesome. My carpets are clean and not sticky.

Your cleaning was topical and did not penetrate the thick carpet pad we have...a bonus since it is impossible to get water out of a pad once it has been soaked...thus no future mold or wet spots. Carpet looked brand new after our cleaning. Love it!

Thorough, conscientious and no crunchy carpet. Spot treated stubborn stains and they're all gone. The technician even got down in his knees to smell the spots to determine how to treat.

Carpet Cleaning

My hall carpet had a runner on it for 10 years. After removing the runner, the edges were very dirty compared to the carpet under the runner. ZeroRez got out all the dirt! I'm very pleased.

Colin who did the cleaning is a nice guy who explained the process to me and did a fine job in 3 bedrooms, closet, stairs and hallway. I did not think my stairs could look clean and like new again,after 14 years. He was able to get stains out of the bedroom carpet that had bugged me for years, who knew?😆 I should have had Zerorez out along time ago. I will call upon Colin and Zerorez in the future for my carpet cleaning. I won’t wait 14 years again, so my wife can stop bugging me.
