I like the fact that you don't use chemicals and our carpets come out beautifully!

I am not much for writing reviews about companies, but felt compelled to comment on the great job that Zerorez did on my nearly 15 year old carpets in my tiny condo. I've only had them cleaned a couple of times due to the fact that i was the only on walking on them constantly, plus a cat that i had for 14 of those years. This was by far the cleanest they have ever been and the
technician who came out was very kind and courteous and answered any and all of my questions before, during and after. I recommend these folks to do a great job and will use them again when it's time again.

I love how our carpet is so clean and doesn't smell like chemicals. As someone with lots of allergies this was a major bonus. I also liked how fast the carpet dried. My other word of praise is for the gentleman who called me before cleaning our carpet. I could tell he cared about my allergies and wanted to make sure he did the best job possible. Thank you again!

1st time we've used Zerorez. It really did clean our carpet beautifully! Alot if credit needs to go the technician. Ours was Nathan. He took the time to review the stained areas, spent extra time and effort to treat them. Nathan was very conscientous in his work. He made sure he protected wall corners

I like how fast my carpets dry and that there is no soap residue. I recommend you to all my friends. The cleaner was on time, called when en route, and email/text reminders made sure we were ready.

The technician was timely in his arrival. He thoroughly explained what he would be doing and the amount of time it would take (which was very efficient.) Our carpets looked amazing when he finished. They are older carpets and we expected they would not clean very well. When he left they looked like new. We have never had carpets cleaned this well. We well certainly use your company again!

This experience was very positive. Your associate (I believe his name was Tom) was very professional. He was careful with the equipment so as not to cause any scratches or rubs anywhere - from the door through each room - excellent!
The carpets are clean and their overall appearance is better. There were a few stains that are no longer there - Yay. The stairs and hallway get the most use and they look great.
We have used your service before and came back because we like the work and especially the fact that you do not use chemicals. Our grandkids and pets can play on the floor without any concern.

No chemical residue or odor.

It does not smell and dries quickly. I feel like it does not leave the carpet crunchy and sticky after cleaning.

No harmful solutions going into the carpet. Also, the carpets dry and look nice quickly.
