My carpets aren't soaked. They use cleaners that aren't filled with chemicals and their rates are AMAZING! I haven't been able to get a better deal unless I tried to clean my carpets myself.

First time I used Zerorez to clean carpets in my condo. That was four days ago and so far I am satisfied. The young woman who came was polite, seemed well-informed, etc.

They cleaned my bathroom tile - wow it looks great - so clean. I like that when they leave your house the carpets are dry - not completely dry, but almost. Workers are also very nice, friendly, and show you the cost up front. It might be a little more expensive, but it is well worth the money. Floor cleaning methods have really advanced. Zerorez did a fabulous job on our carpets and couch and we had area rugs shampooed also. Everything dried fast and odor free. My area rugs had been in storage and smelled bad. They are odor free now. The guy that was here did a fast and great job. I will bring them back.

First of all, the young fellow that did the cleaning took a lot of pains to make sure he did not damage any furniture etc as he brought his hoses through. He spent much time in cleaning and sucking out the excess moisture again. Consequently, out carpets dried quite quickly.
He removed all spots and stains and so far nothing has re appeared.
The carpet really has a much nicer appearance even after dry and vacuumed than when I have used others that steam clean. Stanley steamer and Coit to mention a few. I was really very impressed with how careful and not hurried you worker was.

On time, did a great job.

The men were very nice and told me what was going to happen and how long it would take and how long it would take to dry. Mike was here several months ago and clean up some black marks on my wooden kitchen floor. He was very nice and the miss take of the black mark were my fault but he was so helpful that I wanted him to do my carpets. He works very hard and I felt very bad that I had sodos in my frig to give them and I felt very bad not offering them the drinks I had to give them I did give them some treats but wish I had given them the sods drinks. Both of the guys went to work on their duties and were finish in the time they had told me. Yes I would have them back and will pass it on to others too. No detergents is awesome

Your service was wonderful. The men placed plastic cones around all of my furniture corners to protect them from the hoses coming into my house. That was very considerate of my personal belongings. The men were friendly and adjusted the price due to the small amount of cleaning necessary on my upholstery item.
