The young man who cleaned was very personable. Did a great job. Let me know the price prior to doing the job, let me know what to expect on the cleaning of the furniture and what can be done in the future with the floors as in refinishing them. Carpet looks great, but the extra charges were very expensive. I have not received the gift certificate for the dinner and movie and really feel that since my total price was three times what was initially quoted, I earned 2 of the gift certificate duos.

Zerorez has done amazing work on our carpets.

Nathan came back on Saturday after the blood stains on my carpet (cleaned the Monday before) resurfaced. This time hardly anything came back! I can see traces because I know they were there, but it is SO much better that I don't think others will see them. AND, Zerorez didn't charge me for the return visit plus offered to return if they resurfaced again! Very satisfied!

Happy with the results, was told upfront that some stains may not come so I knew what to expect also appreciated the cleaner was water and not a chemical that leaves a residue.

Your people are great! The woman I talked to on the phone and my technician, Nathan were polite, interested, and helpful. Nathan called to make sure he could come a few minutes early. He walked through the house with me and let me know that he would try to get the spots out in one area, but that blood was very difficult. Work was quick, but thorough. Carpets looked great! Nathan cleaned up his equipment and was gone quickly. Unfortunately, when I got up the next morning, the spots in the one area were back. I totally understand that blood can be an issue, but when I called Zerorez to see if there were suggestions, your person immediately suggested Nathan could come back and see what could be done. I'm hoping Saturday's appointment will do the trick. In any case, I'm very pleased with your products and services.

Yesterday Colin Bastys came to clean my carpets. He was very knowledgeable about the products that your company’s service. He explained the services and the environmental ways of cleaning my two area rugs. The differences and ways of in-house or in- shop cleaning. Also explaining the financial costs of all my rooms that I decided to do. I truly enjoyed my experience that he provided to care for my carpets. You could tell he enjoyed and took pride in his work. Does great job 😊 Carpets are soft. Not crunchy. They haul their water away,dont dump in your tub or driveway. No odor,better for people/pets...❤
