The service techs are great and the carpets always come out looking great and are nearly dry as soon as they are finished. They are either on time or call and ask if they can come early. Had to make a last minute reservation and was able to get the service when I needed it. Thank you for a job well done.

Technician, Anthony, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Carpets were very clean and, just like the ads, without leftover residue.

The personnel you hire are great...from the people who make the appointments to the techs. They are thorough and so helpful. The best part I think is that while they’re doing one job at your house you can get an estimate, on the spot, for the next job you might want done. I had my wood floors done and while Colin was here he gave me an estimate for the carpeting. Called a few weeks later and made an appointment to have the carpets done. Fantastic. Colin and the person who helped him (I’m sorry that I don’t remember his name) were fantastic.

I was very pleased that I received a call early in the morning telling me when the workers would arrive and they were exactly on time. I have used Zerorez several times in the past. I considered going with someone else just to try them out but decided since I have always been pleased with their work in the past. I especially like that no soap products are used on the carpet.

Your service tech was fantastic. He got stains out that I thought would never come up! We're considering having you back to clean the grout in our shower...will be in contact soon!

The carpets in our newly purchased house were in bad shape. Lots of stains everywhere. The tenant was a smoker and had a big dog. We opted to not use a company which uses deodorizers in their treatment plan. The carpets look and feel so clean and fresh.
