Online billing. Not showing payments to oldest invoice first; therefore, showing balance due. I spoke with two different customer service people ... did no good. Sent to collection agency!! I have been a customer for MANY years; am way older now, with fixed income. I always have paid what I owe and don't need to be prodded ....

Larry is doing a fantastic job taking care of our home and is the primary reason for my giving Terminex the rating of 10. He is friendly, professional and aims to please his customers when it comes to pest control.

You thoroughly explained where the areas of concern were. Suggested the solution options available and how long they would take to be completed. Once the work was done, we were shown pictures of the completed repairs to compare with the "before " pictures. Since then the maintenance checks have taken place right on schedule and no recurring issues have been found.
John Douglas is THE BEST. Great communication before, during, and after the visit. Knowledgeable, professional, personable. Please don't let him retire! :-)
