The technician Merle does a great job explaining what he is doing and answers any questions I have. He is friendly and has been my technician for quite awhile. I could not ask for anyone better. He rearranged his schedule for me on one day I needed the inside of my house sprayed considering when I was going to be home. He is a great person that represents Terminix so very well!
