I had an issue initially with Terminix not wanting to provide a termite inspection without me paying for a treatment. I am really happy that we were able to resolve that issue. In addition to the termite inspection I have hired Terminix to provide continuous pest control and they have already started. Noah and John both have kept me updated on appointments and are knowledgeable when asked questions. I trust their recommendations. Thank You!

Terminix does a good job of eliminating bugs and other pests in the home. They come on time, are professional, and friendly. Although I have been having an issue that once a technician comes to my home and they get to know the routine here, the company sends someone else, and I have to start all over showing the technician where things are. I also thought it was in my file that they must text me the night before so I can be up and ready for them, and lately they haven't been doing that.
Craig comes every three months. He is very polite and asks if any concerns. Always willing to listen. If he can't make appointment, I get a email.
We have known George Joyce for years. He is one of the most thorough and capable people I have had the pleasure to know. I recommend Terminix because of his skills!
