I am pleased with the pest control work Terminix does and have been a customer since I bought my home in 1982. The technicians who come to my home are courteous and do a good job checking with me, spraying, removing spider webs, etc. Why not a "10" rating? I always qualify my recommendation with the comment that Terminix is expensive and reps are quick to point out changes that will cost extra and that Terminix can provide for an additional fee.
Josh Doan in my eyes IS Mr. Terminex. If and when I have a problem (inside the house or outside of the house) with no funny business he tackles the problem! And believe me I have had a few problems since moving here 6 years ago. You can't go wrong with TERMINEX.
