Michael and all others that have come to our home are knowledgeable, professional, thorough and pleasant.
I have to travel monthly to the subject property to help with routine tasks. While I initially had difficulty getting a consultation appt set several weeks in advance, 2-3 extra calls closer to my time window succeeded in getting my preferred day set. I appreciated being able to speak to both the regular sprayer tech who comes quarterly, as well as the larger pest eradication consultant. Both were on time, very informative, courteous, did the job and helped me understand my options.
