Christopher Desimone is the reason I gave this score. Dude is awesome. He texts me every time he's coming, asks me if I've noticed any activity, and asks me if I want him to do anything inside. He's friendly, engaging, and goes the extra mile. This week I was in my CT office and he texted me to let me know my garage door was open due to some snow blocking the sensor. He wanted to know if anyone was home and if he should close it for me. That guy is a rock star and as long as he's my technician, I'll be a loyal customer.
