Would have been a 10 if Terminix would take into consideration the length of service some customers have accrued. Wish you had a loyalty program. Raising prices on customers who have used your service over 30 years, in 2 homes is not fair. Loyal customers should have much better rates than new customers.

Terminix is extremely thorough when checking for pests and using solutions to keep pests outside the home. The technicians are approachable and always willing to answer questions and address any concerns.
Main reason is very few insects in the house or the deck. Karl, our exterminator, is reliable, professional, knowledgeable, and considerate.
