The technician that came to our home, Blas Baez was great. He was very professional and took his time making sure to take care of all of my concerns in and outside of our home. We've had technicians previously that I needed to follow up on to make sure what I asked to be done was done. I hope he remains our technician going forward. The service is expensive so I feel that it's important to get the product and service we pay for.
