Terminex is wonderful. They came here when we found roaches one bug I despise. I couldn't believe how fast they got rid of the problem. If I had any problems in between which I did twice Terminex came out immediately and sprayed again. I love that Terminex uses two products that pleases me well.

The primary reason I give Terminix my highest marks is David Baucom, my service technician. I've been with Terminix for something like 40 years, since I first moved into my house . . . and, David is absolutely the best!!! He always coordinates delivery dates and times with me beforehand, which I really appreciate . . . and, always does a complete and thorough job, so my house remains pest free.
Mr. Rebbert continues to be one of the most professional vendors I have ever worked with. He uses care and caution on private property, is one of the most polite people around and always completes the job no matter the circumstance.

For the most part they are great, only problem is that they have become pricey in recent years. Maybe start having packages so that it won't be too expensive ,, like maybe a package that includes pest control, mosquito control, & shrubs all in one package. Anyway the techs are always polite, punctual, & thorough.

Randy was great! He was thorough by asking what kind of bugs I have seen at the house. He then performed the tasks needed, and took the time to explain what he was going to do to avoid further pests.
I did request to cancel my service. Terminix has been a good company to be with and their technicians have been very professional. I am going to use another service for a year and evaluate the performance of both. I would still recommend Terminix if asked. Thank you.
