Antwon did an excellent job during our pest control visit. He was extremely thorough and took the time to check every area around the exterior of the house for bugs. He also cleaned all the cobwebs outside, which I really appreciated. Inside, he treated the home carefully for roaches and other insects and made sure everything was addressed properly.
I also value how Terminix keeps customers informed. They provide advance notice and send updates the day of service with the technician’s arrival details. The communication and professionalism make the whole process smooth and reassuring. Highly recommend.
