Prior to begining to spray around my home the Terminix representative - Kayden, made a point of knocking on my front door - to introduce himself, and to make sure that I realized that he was at my home as a representative of Terminix - per my contract arrangement. Additionally, he wanted to make his presence known prior to beginning to spray around my house, as he was aware that I have very small dogs that would need to be brought into the house to keep them from potential exposure to the chemicals that he would be spraying around the perimeter of my home.
Kayden greeted me with a smile and was very courteous, and truly professional while he was here at my home. I really appreciated that he took the time to ask me if there were any issues that we had been having with insects either in or around our home. When he learned that we were; in fact, seeing an influx of spiders on our back patio and under the eaves near the front door - I was grateful to see that he made a point of addressed those areas prior to spraying around the rest of the house. Thank you Terminix.
The Terminix technician came to my house. He knew I would not be home. I got home just as he was leaving. He sprayed and inspected around the house and garage. I am typically home when an inspector comes. I don't have rodents in my basement, spider webs or hornet nests around the house. Everything is fine. The Terminix inspector is polite and explains what he has done. I have no complaints.
Your employe shows up when they call. That person then sends us the results in a timely manner.
