Kind, courteous, dependable service technician
I have always had great service from Terminix and my technician, Danny is very professional and personable at the same time.
We have been clients for many years. The one year I stopped service ws the year the bugs started coming back. With the service, we have no issues. A few times we needed additional service for swarms of ants suddenly appearing and once for a mouse that got into our house. Terminex came right out and dealt with it effectively - no additional charge.
In addition, we have had a few changes in technicians but all of them have been polite and professional.
The technician is always very detailed when spraying the house. There little or nothing I ever need to do for the visit.
I am always asked if there have been problem areas. I get a text notification when he will arrive and when he has completed. Since I work from home and am often in video meetings it is great the I can communicate with the tech via text and not have to leave my meeting.
Since changing to Terminix I have had no issues with bugs getting into the house!
The service is great! I recommend it often to others.

Because Tom is great and does a great job. He knows what needs to be done and is quick and efficient at getting it done. Tom is easy to talk to and is friendly and pleasant to have as our technician.
techs are super friendly and professional and try to be on time, a little more communication on ETA would be really nice!

Our technician- David Kim is very professional and responsible. He's very knowledgeable about how these pests work and what could be causing their occurrence. He's patient and explains what we are experiencing very clearly. For example, he told us not to allow pile up of debris like fallen leaves around the walls because these pests/insects like to live in such places.
