Letting us know in advance when he is coming, when he arrives, listens to our concerns and provides us with a detailed assessment of his inspection and what work he performed. I am happy and very pleased to say that our years of struggle with pests, especially with ants and cave crickets, are now under control. My technician, Jose Cabrera, is the best! I have been a customer for many years and have finally found a technician who I hope will stay on my route for a long time.
Jose is professional, thorough, and never rushes through the service. He is also very flexible with scheduling. He removes all the cobwebs from the decks and stairs and sprays around the entire house, including the side garden, back deck, and downstairs deck. He also checks for any signs of rodent activity.
I really appreciate the care and attention he gives to my home. I highly recommend Jose!
