We have received wonderful service from Terminix. Any calls I have made to customer service have been answered quickly and efficiently. Max, our Terminix technician has been dispatched quickly and has done a wonderful job of resolving any pest problem we have encountered. Can't say enough good things about the service Max provides on our regular three-month inspections.
They are scheduled in a timely manner. He calls ahead to notify of date and time scheduled, checks in with us when he arrives and gives us a full report before he leaves. Max and Terminix provide exceptional service.
Service was very good. Communication was clear. Your agents were prompt. They even provided me with much needed psychological support regarding the infestation. However, it’s too soon to know if the pests were eliminated. Also, they did not have large enough bug trays to place under the legs of the furniture.
