My technician is very thorough; she's (Andrea Martinez) a lifesaver. It's fantastic to have someone who actually takes the time to spray my inside and outside totally, and is so patient with me. This also means fewer callbacks and better long-term. I've been with Terminex for over 10 years, and I can't live without them. I never see any spiders or bugs inside my house, and with Terminex spraying, I won't.

Always enjoy your technician, Shannon Cummings. Not only does he do outstanding work, he also goes beyond the normal duties to please his customers. I had to leave for a doctor's appointment shortly after he arrived, so I showed him a wasp nest very high under the soffit that contained many wasps. It was so high I never expected him to have anything to reach it. He told me he wasn't sure if he had a pole long enough to reach it. But when I returned the nest was gone. Leave it up to Shannon to find the solution!
And number one, Terminix kills bugs. Guaranteed that weeks after Shannon leaves, I will continue to find dead bugs near the house. We really appreciate Terminix!
