Octavius is always friendly and considerate. He calls before coming and checks to see if I have any issues. The only drawback with Termix is the high costs.

The relief technician, Erhart, listened to our concerns about the little black ants that we saw around the house. We have not seen any ants after he sprayed.

There are a couple reasons I have already referred Terminix to both friends and family. The main reason (although I know everyone has different service techs) but our technician Octavio is OUTSTANDING. He continually goes above and beyond so much so as knocking down cob webs around the house, always greets us very warmly, asks if we have any concerns at all or any questions he can answer, always asks how our holidays were etc. At this point he is basically an extended member of the family. Very punctual, polite, and extremely customer focused. The second reason is more often than not calling in to larger companies there is a very cold, technical aspect to the customer service I have only ever had to call in once but my experience was great my questions were answered quickly with minimal hold time and clear, concise information as well as an appointment for a follow up outside of our scheduled service. Highly highly recommend this company and sincerely hope everyone has the same outstanding service we receive. P.S Octavio deserves a raise!

Love the service & technician. One ongoing problem is Terminix should provide 2-3 optional dates and times for service; not dictate one time slot. I am very busy too and if a reschedule is required, the 800 number for customer service takes too long.
