We have had a wonderful experience with Terminix since signing up for our inspection and treatment plan. When I call Terminix my calls are answered very quickly, and the customer service representatives are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and answer my questions very quickly. Max our service technician is very diligent about calling ahead with our appointment date and time. He is also very diligent about calling when he arrives, does a wonderful inspection and treatment and immediately calls us with his findings. Excellent service.
