Terminix recently completed our initial service at our home, and the technician (the Branch Manager, First name removed) who came out was excellent. From the first walkthrough, he listened carefully to our concerns, answered our questions, and clearly explained the treatment plan and what to expect over the coming weeks. He arrived on time, was respectful of our home and property, and took extra care to address the specific areas we pointed out. Since this was just the first visit, it is too early to judge long‑term results, but we feel confident and hopeful based on the thoroughness and professionalism of the service so far. We would recommend Terminix to others looking for a professional, customer‑focused pest control service
