I had a credit card that was compromised. I was not sure which pay option was being used. The service was at my mother's home, who is in a care facility. There was zero problems checking to make sure a valid payment was in place.
You may think that is no big deal, but I have tried to pay her bills at other locations and they refuse payment. And then complain they were not paid.
Steve Remish is an outstanding service technician. He always let you know when he is on his way to service your house. He always answers all questions you have and if you have any problem with indoor pests, he is always ready to take care of the problem.

Isaac is the best pest control rep I’ve ever worked with. He’s the main reason I stay with Terminex. He never leaves anything behind — he checks every corner, updates me throughout, and won’t leave a job until every nest, every bug, every pest is one hundred percent handled. He genuinely goes above and beyond on every single visit to my properties. If you’re on the fence about Terminex, Isaac is the difference.
