My visit needed extra gentle care as I had received cancer surgery which left stitches on my cheek. This resulted in me not being able to shave for a few weeks. Once the stitches were removed I wanted a barber to remove my beard and moustache as gently as possible and especially near the area of the former stitches. This was accomplished at Tommy Gun’s. Great job done!

Matt was exceptional, from the moment I sat in the chair he was warm, friendly, listened intently as I explained how I wanted my hair to be cut. Throughout the experience he chatted with me ensuring a comfortable experience. When finished he showed me the product he had used so I could purchase it. He gave me the cut Ive been trying to get for a number of years.
Friendliness, accomodating approach, openness, casual approach, staff did a good job avoiding in exhibiting negative body languages such as eyerolling, deep sigh, sneering, scoffing, exasperation shrug, throwing up hands, and slamming or handling objects roughly. It seems like the staff are not burnt out and arr trained to deal with themselves and others.

Everything! Ryan does my hair, and he’s so professional! I’m a retired hairstylist and extremely particular…..so when I say he’s good I mean he’s Good at what he does! From his shampoo technique, to his cut, massage, and blowout, Ryan’s work is impeccable!
