As always, Joy was extremely proficient and diligent with giving me what I wanted for a finished product with my hair. I hadn't been in for a cut for sometime so there was a lot to work with and it was a challenge to say the least.
The resulting cut was awesome and I recommend Tommy Guns to all.

The phone call was a little wack from the guest service. Then I had to wait. And they didn’t believe me that I was on the list. I kept saying my name they just laughed. Finally I went in. The barber hugged me then took me back. Really friendly I guess. Got a scalp detox. Glorious. But then he dried my hair and did something weird to it. Had to wear a hat after.

Was perfect! Have had some hit and miss cuts but the lady who I was booked with (Sarah I think? I could be wrong there) was amazing and gave the perfect cut partnered with the most relaxing and detailed hot shave.
Will definitely try to book in with her regularly. Keep her and give her a raise!
