Had trouble logging in to get my barber, so I called in my barber (Papa Ali) was working reception to cover off holidays and technically was supposed to be off. He was kind enough to do my beard grooming, he worked the phones, processed other clients payments and bookings all while providing excellent service to me.
I believe he should be praised for his dedication to clients and Tommy gunns business, this is the kind of service that creates a loyal customer base and my hope is that he and his team are recognized for this.
Appointment was on-time and the cut was excellent as usual.
