The lady at the front desk needs to say hello to the customer when the customer approaches the desk. The lady just asked for a phone number right away.

I've had Ryan the past 4 hair cuts now and couldn't be happier with his cuts and customer service. I always leave with just the cut I want.
I had some concerns with the shampoo he was going to use as I had a reaction to it since I started using it at home. He got me a different shampoo to try.

The wait was short. Customer service was excellent. Never felt rushed and the barber was attentive and very professional throughout. Wish I had gotten his name as I would request his service the next time I’m in town and need a cut.
