It was fast, professional, but didn’t feel rushed. My barber did a great job. Scalp massage was phenomenal as well.

Great service, communication, and experience
I like the fact that there was good conversation. He knew exactly what I wanted. I never had to correct him once . I was really happy with my haircut. The barber was very experienced and knew what he was doing.
Had a couple cuts there with Blanca she’s awesome
The barber listened to what I wanted. And did exactly that. After a few disastrous hair cuts at other barbers 10/10.
Took my teenage grandson in. It’s hard to convince him to get a haircut. They were great. We showed them a few pictures and within minutes he had a fantastic haircut that he loves.
As always, Vincenzo was quick and kind, and my hair looks great!

I enjoyed the shampoo, scalp massage after the hair cut and the hot towel on my face. Also the free Pepsi as I left!
Best haircut I've had yet at Tommy Guns. I always walked in for one but after this one I'll be going to Drew everytime, he out did himself with this one. Thank you Drew you are now my barber
Cassie isn’t just the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. She’s the undisputed heavyweight champion of hair, the Michelangelo of scissors, the absolute QUEEN of the salon chair!
Walking into her station feels like stepping onto the set of the most fun, feel-good movie ever. She has this magical combo: wildly entertaining (the stories, the laughs, the vibe all rate 10/10 would binge-watch), yet totally professional without a single drop of stuffy. No awkward small talk. No judgmental side-eye at your split ends. Just pure, joyful hair wizardry.
She transformed my mop into a masterpiece and somehow made the whole experience so ridiculously fun that I’m already counting down the days until I get to go back. Like, I’m legitimately excited for my next haircut. Who even am I anymore?!

I was quickly and professionally looked after when I arrived. I always see Paige and she is always friendly, professional and does a great job. As long as she is there I will continue to be a customer and recommend Tommy guns to everyone.
The associate did a great job. She was confident and fast doing my hot shave. And she also went the extra mile with customer service. Compared to the previous visit im much happier. The previous visit was fine they did a good job they were just really slow. Different location though. Now I live by windemere so I will book here again next time hopefully with the same person I will request

The service! The barber! The conversation, super friendly and relaxed location! The lady that cut my hair did a great job and was also attractive which I believe Tommy Guns is all about!
It was great and easy. We typically love our experience here. This time, we did notice a big chunk of hair that was missed around our sons ear, so we had to fix that at home, so that would be my only complaint.
From the moment I walked in to make an appointment, I had a wonderful feeling that I would definitely enjoy my experience.
