I like that you can book online and know the time of appointment, the place was clean and friendly staff, got the haircut I wanted, good selection of hair products.

Very friendly. Only get what you pay for. Prices are a little high but as I said you get what you pay for. The overall experience is genuinely great even when it’s busy. Offering a drink on the way out is also a nice touch. More seating while you wait would be beneficial but really depends on what leased space the franchise
has available. Maybe less reorganize retail options to accommodate. Perhaps more people would wait for services if seating available.

Also the front desk staff are always friendly, professional and accommodating whether in person or by phone.
