EMMA is very professional and client friendly she is respectful and trustworthy she has a fun personality and most of all she knows how to cut my hair I will not see anyone else other then Emma shes the best in kelowna hands down. Ive seen majority of the barbers in kelowna but I will only come back to Emma she makes the experience comfortable and heart warming. She is very talented and knows how to cut difficult stubborn hair. I get compliments all day long about my hair.Thanks Emma your the best!
I really like the TG at Appleby and New st in Burlington. The experience is always great, it starts with a friendly greeting and booking process. The staff are friendly and welcoming to my son and I. The stylists are professional and always make sure they provide a great service.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to your Bower Mall location. We have been loyal customers of your barber shop for many years and have always appreciated the phenomenal service, especially from your talented barbers.Unfortunately, our experience at the front desk during this visit was disappointing. The receptionist, who I later learned is the branch manager named Tara, was neither approachable nor accommodating. When I called with questions before coming in, she was not friendly. Upon our arrival, she checked us in with an unpleasant expression and did not smile once. I observed her behavior while waiting for my son to finish his haircut, and the overall atmosphere felt very unwelcoming.This is the first time we have experienced this kind of service at your shop. Because we value your business and your barbers so much, I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed.

I have needed a hair cut for a while & everywhere I went was always full for walk ins. Its hard to book an appointment because I have anxiety with getting a hair cut. So I don't like to cancel at the last moment. I took my son to Tommy Guns for a hair cut after 3 years of them having anxiety because of bad hair cuts. They had a great experience at Tommy Guns. The hairdresser/Barber listened to my son & gave them exactly what they wanted & it wasn't to short for them. I went & got my hair cut yesterday at Tommy Guns & I got the best hair cut & she even fixed the part that stuck up. I highly recommend this place. We will return for all our hair needs.
