I went in because another barber from a Chatters in Vancouver cut my hair and I didn’t like it. The barber/stylist at this location fixed it the was I wanted it.
Overall it was a good experience, the barbers did a good job, although one child was offered a drink and not the other, also a bit expensive for a kids cut.
Chris is very knowledgeable in his craft. He cuts hair as a pro, and very detailed. He’s friendly and polite. He did exactly what haircut i requested. Will be back again.

Luis always does an outstanding job and leaves us feeling pampered! He listens to how we want our hair cuts and goes beyond to make sure that is how it turns out! Sure it’s $$$ but all salons are now but at least we can count on exceptional care and service!
Great people and great haircut. The only issue is pricing which makes me think of changing barbers. Used to get by with $15-$20 and now it’s closer to $50.

It was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The friendliness of the staff when you enter, the offering of a beverage while you wait. The skill and precision of the barber giving you the best haircut…and even great music while you wait. I will definitely be coming back.
