Chelsea is always super friendly and professional.

My only issue is with the booking system.
After booking it does not show anywhere how much time till your time. The system does not inform you via email or text ( depending on what you select ). So I guess how much time before my booking and just pop in. Usually don’t have to wait very long but it is just annoying that the system is not reliable.

I’ve been to the Chilliwack location a few times and usually am jealous of the guys leaving this one girls station, as she always gives great haircuts and fades.

Finally was lucky enough to be in her chair yesterday, and it was an excellent experience.
I didn’t get her name but her 12 years of experience shows. Good haircut, good conversation, excellent experience.

Walked me through all the styles I can do with my current length and provided a thorough and professional experience. Hair wash was great and asked me if I wanted a scalp detox which I will definitely do next time! Also walked me through the retail products on the shelves and gave a great recommendation on products to use in the future. 20/10 service 20/10 barber.

Got in right away without an appointment. Barber was friendly and did a great job. Appreciated the scalp and neck massage along with the hot towel. Elevated the experience nicely!
