This place is amazing, I take my son here every time. The service you get for the price is fantastic, never a bad haircut

Liked the hair washing and head massage pre cut.
The past few times I have been in, I was not listened to. I showed pictures even of the haircut , my past cuts I have had. Was ignored. This barber listened. Is not perfect, but happier then the past at least four times I have been in.
When I needed adjustments to the haircut because I did not like the look, there was absolutely no complaints. He listened and fixed it perfectly.
Ease of checking in. The updated app needs adjusting however. The staff were very courteous on the reception counter. I only had a few minutes to wait for the next available staff to cut my hair. She was very efficient and courteous. Unfortunately I did not receive her name. My hair was cut just tge way I asked for it to be done. This is the first time in my visits to Tommy Gun's that the staff cut my hair as requested. Great job this time!
All the service was excellent.
The stylist was very knowledgeable and confident that they could do what my sone wanted. I peeked in a few times and heard them having a wonderful conversation and he was delighted with everything that was being done. The finish was exactly what he hoped for an we will go back again!!

I got to the location about 15 minutes early, so they confirmed my "check in", asked if I would like anything to drink & asked me to wait upstairs.
About 10 minutes later I heard my name called, went down & the stylist showed me where to sit.
All-in-all, it was a relaxing 1/2 hr.

Both my sons usually have long hair they don’t like cutting it, so we do it once a year. We also recently just moved to Newmarket so this was their first barbershop, the barbers took very good care with both of them. My sons were very happy with there cuts and so was I. Thank you very much to the whole shop. They also have amazing products to choose from the shampoo to hair wax and shaving kits. Phenomenal shop.
