Matt is a darling. I came in from work and was in my work clothes (and believe it or not i mentioned to him that I didn’t want my work clothes ruined; might be the stupidest thing you’ll hear today, i know) and so he immediately offered his t-shirt. (The crowd goes “AWWWW”) I had issues explaining the type of style I wanted to and he helped me with that too. He was very acute in social interactions (the small chit- chats) the experience was easy and humorous. And I got exactly what I wanted— Matt put so much care into his work. Go to Tommy Gun’s and ask for Matt.
And somebody for the love of god— give Matt a raise🙌🏻

The lady who cut my hair did an amazing job. She was super quick and cut it perfectly. I forgot to ask for her name. She was blonde and quite short. I’ve never gotten a hair cut that quick and that good. They always cut too much off or leave it too long but she did a great job

Barber was great. Asked lots of questions about what we wanted. I had initially asked her to cut my sons hair shorter but she suggested trying a 3 before a 1 guard and in the end it looked better so I’m glad she asked instead of following the initial request. He’s had it shorter before but this looked better.
Annie gave my son the exact cut he asked for. Front reception was great. Good products to choose from.
I had a really great experience! I don’t remember the name of the lady who did my haircut, but she was so friendly, kind, and professional. She did an excellent job, and I’m really happy with how my haircut turned out. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

My first haircut at TG was excellent, she did a great job best haircut in years.
The following haircut was pretty good (8).
The next three have been descendingly bad, (4), (2) and zero. Really bad job, I showed him a photo and he made assumptions and cut the back of my hair to the wood, and left wings on the two sides. I will be reaching out to get the first person’s name and give it one last try.
I tipped out of habit and your prompts on all cuts and regret doing so in the last 3 cuts. Huge variance in staff abilities.
The last two were almost argumentative on my dissatisfaction.
