Quick service, great haircut. It is very noisy though because it’s so open so if you have a kid with sensory issues, you might want to bring ear plugs

My customer experience is normally very strong at each appointment. However, this specific session was poor. A big part of your value proposition for me is relaxation. Although I can appreciate the emotional drain of life events on people and I have compassion, the sharing of the hair dresser’s personal situation was too much. Talking about an affair and the complications associated with it was unexpected. I was also somewhat taking back on the langue used. Profanity was not welcomed. I do not want to get any individual in trouble as we all have bad days. There might be an opportunity for some group training on what to share and what not to. The session was very uncomfortable. Thanks.

Very polite and she did a great job

I brought my two boys (5 and 3) in for haircuts, and it was their very first trip to a barber. They were both pretty nervous, and I was having a hard time convincing them to get their hair cut in the first place.

The woman who greeted us was amazing. She could tell they were anxious and went out of her way to make them feel comfortable. She fit us in with only a short wait, offered the boys lollipops, and let them play on the tablets while we waited. Her kindness and patience made such a difference.

Once they were in the chairs, the TVs with cartoons helped keep them distracted, and the barbers were great with them. Both haircuts turned out fantastic, and the boys left happy and looking sharp. Thank you to the whole team for making their first barber experience such a positive one. We’ll definitely be back!

It was my son’s first ‘real barber shop cut’ (He’s 11, and all of his past experience were at Beaner’s), and he loved that he got his hair washed and went on about it and how he wants to only come to Tommy Gun’s now the whole ride home. We missed the name of the stylist he had, as we just chose ‘any’ to reserve online. Great job, TG’s!
