It was my second time in 3 years coming to the store. My first experience was good but I had a stylist at another shop that I was happy with but she wasn’t able to shape my beard so I tried Tommy Guns.
This next visit was different. My stylist from the other shop quit and I had to start over. I like to see the same stylist every time so they learn my hair and how I like it. So I booked an appointment.
Upon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff who welcomed me and asked me a few questions. She connected me with TJ and we talked about how I like my hair and she went to work. Her skills were excellent and she offered suggestions on how to better take care of my hair and style tips etc. She is probably the best stylist I have ever had and I was so happy with the results.
When I came in, I was very apprehensive about trying a new stylist but TJ made me so comfortable with her skills that I really enjoyed the entire experience. I could not be happier.
I know this is a long review but I wanted to fully share my experience of how you won over a new client and I intend to return for all my styling needs in the future. You have created a new loyal customer. Thank you!

Just had a great experience with my hairdresser, whose name I’m blanking on right now. Having someone hear me out about what I want done to my hair might seem small but when they do it, they do it right. Would honestly go back just for them for my haircuts in the future!

They were quick to take me in as a random drop in. And with very little information did an excellent job. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficiency in which she worked on my hair and beard. I would definitely recommend this location.
