Was looking for a place for a haircut after moving back to Medicine Hat after 36 years. Kyra did a fantastic job cutting my hair and recommending shampoo and conditioner for my dry scalp. Asked for high and tight with #1 and finger length on top and she did it perfectly and very quickly.

The rest of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be a regular.

Quick and efficient. The barber was super friendly with my son and gave him the coolest haircut. As a result my kiddo was super excited for the first day of school to show off his new hair style.

We were told it would be about a 30 minute wait, which was fine, after a half hour we came back and sat in the store for a 20 minutes. The receptionist came to us and said she didn’t have a barber who could cut my sons super curly hair, but if we could wait another 30 minutes then there would be a barber who could cut curly hair. I was not impressed about not being told upfront that it would be an hour before the right barber would be in, the hair cut turned out perfect and so we are happy.

We love Tommy guns, all the barbers are friendly , amazing staff and atmosphere, my boys love going there ❤️

Great hair cut!

I liked being able to use the app to know when to check in and how long the weight was going to be. The front receptionist was very friendly. The style is to cut. My son’s hair did exactly what I asked for and even though he was only 15 she still gave him a full hands-on service with scout massage and hot.

I’ve been a customer of Tommy Guns St Albert for about a year. I was fortunate enough to have Nanette as my barber whom I ask for every time I visit. Nanette does great style work and is very professional. Wonderful and friendly location and all the staff are great!
