I found the staff to be very friendly and polite. The shop was clean and tidy. Those are qualities that you don’t see every day. I would recommend it to everybody. I am not from Nanaimo but if I do return, I will come back.

Victoria is awesome giving my disabled son haircuts & beard shave. She is so patient with him & makes him feel look & feel good. We have had others do a good job but Victoria is the best with him. Thank you.
