Wonderful atmosphere. The manager is amazing , I brought my grandson in for a haircut just before Christmas. They asked if we would mind an apprentice, and I said sure ( everyone needs to start somewhere). The young fellow did do the cut a little wonky. The manager very politely got one of the most experienced ladies to come over and fix the haircut. With doing so we had to go a bit shorter, but she assured me it would look fabulous. It did look fabulous, everyone loved it. The manager offered the cut to be free for the extended time my grandson who is 4 had to spend in the chair. He never made a fuss for the time as the tv distracted him and he had a fantastic cut, so I did leave a 20 dollar tip for the time they did spend on him learning.

People were friendly and helpful my haircut looks great I will definitely go back but I would like to be able to make an appointment with a specific person.

Was in fast with no appointment, got the trim I needed with the results I hoped for.
I always get a great haircut!
Sam was so very patient with my toddler and made it a great experience
They were able to fit us in as a walk in and very friendly when they were cutting my nephews hair

Excellent care, skills, communications, process, client relations and candour by Jocylyn. Always friendly and kind. In addition, she has great knowledge of industry and personable.
Mary Rose does and excellent job on the cut but what always makes the experience absolutely amazing is the too notch customer service from Ashleigh at the front when i arrive. She has been there since day one and makes a point to know my name and offer a warm welcome. Its a testament to the shop to have such excellent employees and to have them for so long. Merry christmas.

My son has a hard time finding a good place to cut his hair. He’s 8 years old with straight hair. The place was clean. But most of all. KAYLEE just killed the hair cut he’s wanted for years that nobody has been able to do. She was amazing
