First time meeting Erdi and he did a great job!
The app still is the worst, book an appointment and you can’t track the time, leave the booking page can’t see of it is booked.
Good thing is the barber and the Tommy guns team is so amazing it makes all the frustration with booking worth it

It was busy but they took my grandson in when they said they could, it was fast and friendly, my grandson loved the hair wash! Came walking out so proud of his cut! (He is 10)
She listened to what he wanted and knew exactly what we were talking about and then did it!!
The gal was fantastic with the scalp massage and the hot towel. I had been in before and another gal never did that.
Everyone was so accommodating with our toddler who is still learning to get his haircut. I’m so grateful.
Super friendly staff
We went in without an appointment. It seemed busy but then they were able to take my son unless than 5 minutes of waiting. I showed the barber a picture of what my son wanted and they did an amazing job!! Then he got a drink (coke his favourite) and got to play a video game. It’s my son’s fave place to get his hair done,, and no longer a fight!

We went to the wrong Tommy’s due to a GPS//human error., so we were late for our appointment.
When we finally arrived we were treated kindly and welcomed and they proceeded with our hair cutting and styling without rushing us out, even though it was close to closing time.
We really appreciated that, especially because we were frustrated about the long wrong way we drove to get there.
