The staff were kind and the experience was enjoyable, as I expected it to be.
The girl who done my son's hair made it a very enjoyable experience for him he felt very pampered and relaxed he loves the full service with the hair wash/head message and the hot towel the attention to detail and making sure his hair was exactly how he wanted was great ! Children deserve to have a barber that treats them just like any other client ! The staff are extremely nice and he felt special ... he loved the fact he got too pick out a beverage to take with him!

I was a walk-in at the Unicity location and was pleasantly surprised to see Michelle that I originally met at Sage Creek location . He is a consummate, professional, and another fantastic haircut.

The Chinese lady who cut my hair did a very good job. She ensured she understood my requirements and suggested fine improvements that would look good on me.
Even though she was only an apprentice, Ann??? Did very well with the hair cut. She took her time, didn’t try to rush things. The head message was great also.

Stephanie asked all the appropriate questions to make sure she understood exactly what kind of cut I would like. She was very patient, friendly, professional and engaging. She constantly checked the lengths of my hair to ensure it was equal on all sides.

I like checking in online. We like that there are activities for kids to do while we wait. We like the great options for both complimentary and paid beverages in store. We like the sinks and tvs at each station. We like the product choices. We really like the expertise and experience of the staff. No matter who we see, we always get good haircuts

It was super relaxing experience. Felt comfortable throughout the session. My haircut was nice and clean. The scalp massage was amazing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn’t been to Tommy guns yet.
