The service is fast to book, the staff is always friendly, the aesthetics is crisp and clean, they offer a scalp massage with each cut and a free soft drink. The only thing that would make it better is a cold beer lol.

My barber was really good and he was chatting the whole time which was nice. The haircut was also just like I wanted
My 9year old loves the way he is treated there. He is a very important person when he goes there.
I was in there getting a hair cut at the same time as my son Carter. Glycil took care of Carter perfectly and I had a hair cut with a lady I never have before and she was awesome. I will be going back to her as much as I can. I think it was Heli???
Glycil was always who I went to but my son loves her and if it helps get him hair cuts then that’s the way it will be.
On another note I also had my 4 year old daughter with me and Glycil set her up with a drink and a lollipop and she sat at the front counter without bothering anyone.
All in all a great experience at Tommy Guns Beacon Hill.
The greeting at the entrance. The service by the hair technician. The courteous staff.
The barber was great, didnt make me feel rushed out, or that she had another client in line. She also helped me pick out a product for my hair at the end. I also enjoyed that she wasnt pushing small talk too much.

Matt was undeniably one of the most refreshing, professional and collaborative barbers I’ve had the chance to work with. Not only did he make me feel at ease with my decisions but he also offered improved suggestions, confirmed what I was asking for and checked in every step of the way. Usually, I’m not chatty in the chair, but Matt had such a way of asking questions of me that just very natural and kept my mind of some of the more challenging reasons why I’d kept my hair and beard long. He is an asset to the establishment and as long as he’s there, I’ll be back

Always fast and even if you have to wait you're greeted with a complimentary drink and friendly chats with the hostess. It's never a matter of hoping they meet your expectations it's wondering how far beyond your expectations they go because they always exceed them. I'm a simple guy I go in every month or so for a buzz cut. They always offer the free wash and dry. And yesterday when I had my haircut I didn't need the wash and dry but they still went ahead and trimmed my eyebrows cut any hair around my ears and all the general extras. I got my buzz cut and they did the hot towel wipe down on my face and cleaning and all of that stuff when I was done I went to the cash register and $28 that's all they asked for. I ended up giving a 30% tip because I can't believe how much they do for you even when you just come in for something simple. It's the reason I always recommend to all of my friends to go to that location and it is the only place I will get my haircut. They are awesome I can't recommend Tommy Guns more.
