When it was time to pay the front desk lady was very courteous, and then Justin came to offer a bottle of water.

It's amazing because there is a lot of attention given to me while I am getting my haircut. Lucy is amazing! Fabulous haircut every time and she is a perfectionist. Love it. I don't go to anyone but her though so don't lose her.

I called and was told they could take my Grandson in 16minutes. We arrived, greeted and offered a drink of choice ( pop or ice tea) ). Royce was taken to his sit and I showed the Barber a picture of the requested cut and OMG the cut was exactly like the picture. Ready for the Holidays!

Kayla always does a great job with my son’s hair! She is extremely friendly and always interacts so well with him…which isn’t always easy to do with 13 year old boys!
The staff is always so friendly whether you’re waiting or getting a haircut. Nicole ellis is amazing at listening and making my hair exactly the way i want. I enjoy my haircuts.
Very professional all aspects. I loved that I was notified by phone to come early if I felt it was possible. Carol the hairdresser is the best! Her quality of work is second to none and takes the time to let you know you are her attention from start to finish.
Friendly staff all around… especially Ashley! Unreal head massage and consistently incredible fades from Isabelle and Mary-Jane.. they aare awesome, and Katie and Morgan are absolute pros too. Honestly, I never stress about who’s cutting my hair because they’re all so good (it’s like a barber lottery where you always win 😄). Thanks team! hands down the best haircuts in Chilliwack!
