I was able to walk right in. Mari was excellent, and I had a great haircut!
The hair wash, the scalp massage.
The barber was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and provided excellent service without making me feel rushed. I also appreciated that she did not try to aggressively upsell products or services, which can sometimes make the experience uncomfortable.
The front staff, however, could have been a little more welcoming, especially since I was a returning customer and had already checked in through the app. Overall, the experience was very good, and I was happy with the service provided by the barber.

The stylist was very understanding and took her time to make sure she knew exactly what my son wanted. He has been to many, many stylists and has had many terrible experiences. He has huge trust issues and it took a whole lot of convincing and bribery to get him in that chair. We walked out with him happier than he has been with a cut and has agreed to go back provided it’s the same stylist. He has a couple things that he’d like to change the next time but he feels confident that the stylist will allow him to express what he would like.

Probably the best experience I’ve had at Tommy Gun’s since starting to go there in 2015. Dan was not only thorough, but he was also very customer service orientated and was able to generate an extremely genuine experience overall. Would highly recommend Dan to anyone.
