The staff were all friendly got greeted by everyone! Love how everyone made sure that I was comfortable offering me variety of drinks while I waited.. Michelle was amazing she gave me her advices and step by step what she was doing and my hair came out the I wanted it to turn on

They did a great job with my hair.
One thing I do not like is any fragrance in shampoo or conditioner.
To improve your service, please provide a fragrance free shampoo and conditioner.

We live in north cowichan and my son remains coming to victoria to have Andy do his hair. He absolutely loves her and she does a phenomenal job ! Very friendly and personable too !!

Quick, friendly service. The barber cut my son’s hair the exact style he desired and he said that he was funny and kept joking and talking with him the whole time. Great experience.

The overall salon experience. The one place I can get my 8 year old son to go for a hair cut where he enjoys it. Only complaint is it’s a bit on the pricey side for 2 basic haircuts.
