The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The barber did a great job with my sons hair cut, and I could see her being patient with him when he was moving his head to look at the tv around her haha.
Scott listened to our 8 year old grandson’s request, and showed him some photos, allowing him to pick what he wanted. Then proceeded to do a great job. Our grandson has very curly hair which I’m sure is more of a challenge. Kudos to Scott.

I took my five year old grandson for a Tommy Gunn experience. The cut was great and the stylist Ben (Bennet) made the visit enjoyable. However,the online booking and follow up notification could be improved. The online booking was made at 1241 with a wait time of 40 minutes. Great! About 20 minutes later a further message said that our appt was at 1414h. We arrived and checked in and proceeded to wait a further 35 minutes. Have you ever tried to occupy a five year old in a barbershop! Should have taken my chances and done a walk-in.
As usual the receptionist is so nice and very professional. Andie was so good and gave me a lot of suggestions for my hair design, so proud to know she is also a Filipino.

My daughter (8) and I came here for a haircut (she skipped the shave and hot towel). My daughter was so happy with her haircut that she was skipping instead of walking. I was really satisfied with my cut too but my hip was too sore to skip. I wanted to skip though...
