There was a little bit of a mixup when I tried booking it online. I picked the barber that I want, and that didn’t happen so when we arrive, the girl at the front desk very quickly rectified the problem.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. Great atmosphere, excellent attention to detail, and top-notch customer service. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure their customers leave happy. Definitely one of the best barbershop experiences around. Highly recommend Tommy Gun’s at Mic Mac Mall!

The experience from start to finish was excellent. Suzy was to credit for making this the best hair-cut I've ever received. The complimentary drink at the end was such a nice touch (even though I forgot it on the counter when i set it down to use the POS), that I marveled at how good a trip to the barbershop can be.
Typically, I procrastinate when it's time for a trim, only making the trip when my hair becomes unbearable. However, if the treatment I received is what I can expect, then I'll be looking for reasons to get a trim.
