I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent visit to your Bower Mall location. We have been loyal customers of your barber shop for many years and have always appreciated the phenomenal service, especially from your talented barbers.Unfortunately, our experience at the front desk during this visit was disappointing. The receptionist, who I later learned is the branch manager named Tara, was neither approachable nor accommodating. When I called with questions before coming in, she was not friendly. Upon our arrival, she checked us in with an unpleasant expression and did not smile once. I observed her behavior while waiting for my son to finish his haircut, and the overall atmosphere felt very unwelcoming.This is the first time we have experienced this kind of service at your shop. Because we value your business and your barbers so much, I wanted to bring this to your attention so it can be addressed.

Friendly. Made suggestions about options for cut which was good as I really don’t know a lot about what to do with the cuts. Btw my hairstyle is very basic but the options (scissors/ clipper - and different lengths of clipper) were good to hear
