I have a son with Autism that has very thick hair with cow lick in the back . He is verbal but does have sensory issues with people touching him . Finding someone to cut his hair nicely has been a challenge. We had Alex I believe, she was fabulous with my son and did a fantastic job . I could tell by his reaction he felt comfortable with her . When it comes to kids with autism it’s 75% on how they treat the Client . We even grabbed a business card on our way out . We will be coming back to see Alex again for his hair cutting needs.

On line checkin was easy. I even received a call to say I could come early. I was welcomed as soon as I was in the building, received 5 star treatment, and was extremely happy with my style and service on my visit.

I’m happy to have found fantastic barbers for my two sons, Marcus and Maxim. Fadhel, Maxim’s barber, is very thorough and always gives a perfect, clean cut. Josh is equally as amazing and well-suited my 13-year-old, whose preferences change from cut to cut.
When a 10 year old has tried a few barbers and can actually tell you he likes a barber because he likes his haircut every time he goes it’s an absolute awesome thing!
I have been to Tommy Guns twice now for a haircut. I don’t normally trust anyone new with my hair but the guy I have had for two times that I have gone has done an amazing job with my haircuts. I will for sure continue to go back and get my hair done at the Tommy guns in Barrhaven.
