My grandson loved the experience. The person made him feel comfortable. He loves the shampoo experience. It was his first time having a shampoo!

Only reason it wasn’t a 10 was for my 5 year old I didn’t notice that they didn’t wash his hair, and no one said why.

My barber Kat was phenomenal and she made my experience not only great but it blew away my last 2 cuts at a different barber shop. I'm on the road a lot so I can tell you that when I'm in Winnipeg I'm going to one place and that's Tommy Gunns in Kildonan Place and to have Kat handle my hair. 10/10
