I am a professional real beard Santa Claus portrayal artist, and I was coming in for a beard trim. With the Santa season approaching, I wanted a nice shape for my beard, but did not want too much taken off. The stylist was very cautious and engaged with me throughout to ensure she wasn’t taking too much off. I was very pleased.
Professional and friendly
I walked in with my Daughter, asked for what we wanted and they were extremely accommodating.We got in right away instead of booking an appointment and they didn’t charge us an arm and a leg for 5 minutes of work.
On top of that they were very pleasant!
PS, I went back the next day to purchase some product!

The two gentlemen at the desk were very polite and professional. I was in a rush and just needed a little little tidy up along the lines. The lady who cut my hair was very kind, respectful and knew her job well. She absolutely understood what I wanted and how I needed done. The complimentary drink was a surprise. This will be my stop from now on in Kamloops. Amazing people here. Absolutely 10/10 experience.
